Kayden Nguyen, 23-year-old former model, said she met the movie star in February through an ad on Craigslist seeking an executive assistant. On Feb 22 after multiple interviews, Kayden was told to pack for a trip to New Orleans, where the A&E show “Steven Seagal Lawman” was taping.
When Kayden Nguyen arrived, the lawsuit says, she discovered two young female Russian “attendants” that Seagal had been keeping. The lawsuit alleges the girls were essentially on-call for sex 24-7.
The lawsuit also alleges that Seagal forced himself on to Kayden three times and during the second encounter forced the girl to consume illegal pills. After the third event Kayden faked a family event and escaped in a taxi leaving all her material possessions behind at the residence. The entire encounter is alleged to have started on Feb 22 and run until Feb 28th.
Within the lawsuit Nguyen’s said she could identify a “unique physiological reaction” that Seagal has to sexual arousal, which could be corroborated by the other “attendants.” The lawsuit did not specify what that reaction is.
The lawsuit alleges sexual harassment in violation of federal labor laws; illegal sex trafficking; retaliation; wrongful termination; and false representations about employment. Each of the six counts seeks in excess of $1 million in damages.
